Summary

In the role of Club and Member Support Representative I, you will interact internally with our team as well as externally with Toastmasters International members from around the world. This position requires a person with an understanding of customer support principles, communication skills, data entry skills, and a passion for service.

This position is a full-time, temporary role and is expected to end in September. This role is not benefits eligible.

Description

·Provide customer service and support to club members

·Communicate courteously with members via email

·Answer member inquiries and recommend corrective solutions

·Process financial transactions and update member and club information

·Help maintain the accuracy of data and records

·Use a computerized system toinvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries

·Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and members

·Prepare, scan, and distribute documents, certificates, and letters

·Review and prepare mail for processing

·Other duties as required by management

Knowledge and Skills

·Team player with a positive attitude

·Detail-oriented individual, with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·Ability to write professional, clear, and concise communications

·Ability to adapt to business needs and handle a high volume of customer interaction

·Data entry experience with demonstrated speed and accuracy

·Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices

·Must be able to work on a team, as well as independently

·Non-profit experience a plus

·Contact center experience a plus

Requirements

·Fluent in English, both verbal and written

·Intermediate skills – Microsoft Office Suite

·Minimum of one year of data entry experience

·Minimum of two years customer service experience

·Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

You must be able to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. 

This position pays $18.00 hourly, or $1,440.00 bi-weekly. This position is non exempt.

This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some on-site, typically 2 per week, with expected in-office days of Tuesday and Wednesday at 9127 S. Jamaica St. Englewood, CO 80112. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
