Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize computerized systems to input and track customer information and interactions
- Type and prepare correspondence documents as needed
- Assist with sales inquiries and provide service information to customers
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all customer interactions

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with client services principles
- Knowledge of customer service practices and techniques
