The Role
As our Learning and Development Lead (Life Sciences), you will play a pivotal role within our L&D team. You'll collaborate closely with Account Directors to identify new business opportunities in the life sciences sector, crafting compelling learning experiences for our clients. Leveraging your knowledge and expertise, you'll drive the success of our clients and identify new areas of growth for our L&D business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align training development strategies with business goals and growth plans
- Conduct needs assessments to pinpoint current and future L&D needs
- Provide leadership and effective management for department staff
- Collaborate with Senior Executives, key client stakeholders, and HR partners
- Partner with Account Directors to develop content and engaging presentations
- Identify and qualify L&D sales opportunities
- Travel to attend live events and client meetings (as required)
The Ideal Candidate
- 8 years of experience in L&D/adult learning, with a focus on life sciences sales
- Actively engaged within the L&D and training communities, staying current on industry trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage staff and drive team success
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about creating engaging learning experiences
