Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in dental records, patient service, and office administration. Experience with iDentalsoft cloud-based software is a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments
- Manage medical scheduling and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide excellent patient service and address inquiries
- Assist with urgent care coordination and front desk duties
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support the office with administrative tasks

- Be able to present & sell treatment plans to patients

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of medical administrative support functions

Pay: $22.81 - $24.03 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
