E-Commerce Support Specialist

Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Overview: The role will focus on Amazon Seller Central performance with experience in Amazon Vendor Central. The Sales Specialist will report directly to the Department Manager and will be responsible for managing our presence on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload new items on e-commerce sales channels, with a strong focus on Amazon.

• Ensure compliance with all rules governing the Amazon marketplace.

• Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, graphics, video, etc.) to boost product ranking.

• Amazon Marketing Campaign - Drive traffic and execute marketing campaigns (Sponsorship ads, lightning deals, EBC, etc.) to increase revenue.

• Ability to create detailed reports driven by Amazon activity.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs (visits, conversation rate, ROI, cost analysis, return rate, etc.)

• Stay up to date with company activities, industry trends, and government regulations.

• Ability to forecast inventory and move inventory to FBA.

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience in e-Commerce-based role for at least 4 years.

• Experience working with Amazon.com for at least 4 years.

• Knowledge of, and experience with, Amazon Seller Central

• Knowledge of, and experience with, Amazon Product Page Creation

• Knowledge of, and experience with, Amazon Review Processing

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite/particularly data manipulation

• Excellent communication skills and work ethic
