**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a Direct Support Professional and make a difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, administering medication, facilitating community engagement, and fostering independence. You would work one-on-one with clients from 9-3 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Facilitate participation in community activities and social events
- Support individuals in setting and achieving personal goals for independence
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in behavior management, caregiving, childcare, hospice care, or home community care is preferred
- Familiarity with first aid practices
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Car with full coverage insurance and the ability to drive clients
