Job Coach Contractors:
As a Job Coach Contractor, you will play a pivotal role in providing on-site work support and building natural supports in the place of employment for individuals with disabilities. Your expertise and guidance will empower individuals to achieve independence and success in
their chosen careers. To excel in this role, you must have Worksite-Support
Certification or ACRES Certification (or be enrolled to start). The
compensation for this position is $22.5 per hour.
Employment Specialist Contractors: As an Employment Specialist Contractor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities by assisting them with job coaching, job readiness, and job placement. You must have ACRES Certification to apply for this position. The compensation for job coaching and job readiness is $22.5
per hour. Additionally, you will earn a commission of 35% on job
placement, assessments, and development fees, reflecting the importance
of your role in securing meaningful employment opportunities for our clients.
Customized Employment Specialist Contractors:
Our Customized Employment Specialist Contractors play a vital role in facilitating the
discovery and development process for individuals with disabilities. By leveraging your expertise in ACRES and Customized Certifications, you will provide job coaching, job readiness, and customized employment support. The compensation for job coaching and job readiness is $27.5 per hour. Additionally, you will earn a commission of 50% on job placement, assessments, discovery, and development fees, recognizing the specialized nature of this role.
Requirements for all positions: To succeed in any of these positions, you must possess excellent case management skills to effectively assess and manage individual cases. Strong time management skills are essential to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services. Additionally, you must possess outstanding communication skills to engage and interact with
