This is a part time position with evening and weekend requirements
The Servers primary responsibility is to support their Events Team by doing the following:
- Live the companyvalues
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Provide attentive, first class service for all guests
- Complete event service duties according to the direction of Event Supervisors
- Load and unload company vehicles
- Practice safe food handling
- Bus tables and carry trays with coordination
- Assist in cleaning facilities and kitchen as needed
- Setup and teardown of tables and chairs according to event floorplans
- Set tables with china, flatware, and glassware
- Any additional duties requested for a specific event
- Anything that helps the Events Team deliver exceptional hospitality
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on and/or direct customer service experience
- Pass background check
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule and weekend/evening availability
- Reliable means of transportation
- Eligible to work in U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 months serving, catering or hospitality experience
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Insurable driver
- ServSafe certification
