We are looking for a team member as “Business Application Specialist (f/m/d)” to join us in Stuttgart.

You will need…

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics & Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar IT generalist/management role, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of business strategy development and implementation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in IT demand management processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience of Sales and Aftersales Systems.
• Knowledge of user experience design, digital business models, information security and agile methods including design thinking and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong self-motivation, ability to promote new ideas, share them with the team and develop them further together.
• Ability to understand and improve cross-departmental processes in interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & German.
• Ability to work abroad and with global teams.

Your responsibility is to…

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with Togg's business goals, ensuring scalability and adaptability to market changes, collaborating closely with Türkiye teams.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify IT needs, including system improvements, digital transformation, and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Manage IT demand by prioritizing and overseeing projects from various departments for efficient execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and competitive advantage.
• Provide ongoing support with necessary IT tools and knowledge.
• Stay updated on emerging IT trends, evaluating their impact on Togg's business strategy and operations.
• Lead solution design workshops and business requirement gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Bridge the gap between business processes and technology, ERP/non-ERP technology and translating requirements into specific projects that deliver measurable value.
• Prioritize and monitor IT requirements, demands, and incidents for effective management.
• Manage relationships with solution providers and external partners, advising on industry trends and driving technology partnerships.
• Hands on configuration and technical design, integration and problem analysis.
