This is a licensed role and a Property & Casualty (P&C) License is part of the training and a requirement.

ResponsibilitiesSell insurance products to inbound callers and ultimately bind the business; in some instances, make outbound calls
Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities
Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer
Excellent customer focus and the ability to easily connect & build rapport with all types of people.
RequirementsDirect sales skills, and the aptitude to influence customers and close the sale
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to adapt communication style to each phone call, and explain complex policy and coverage information
in understandable terms
