JOB DESCRIPTION

The Tokenized Commodities Council is an independent trade association with a not-for-profit mission. We aim to establish tokenized commodities as safe, accessible, and desirable digital assets while promoting fair and sustainable industry practices. The Tokenized Commodities Council (TCC) was established to educate both the investment community and the public about the benefits of tokenizing real-world assets. We aim to empower our members and advocate on their behalf for the purpose of advancing innovation and the adoption of digitized commodities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop in-depth knowledge about digital assets, tokenized real-world assets, alternative investments, and commodities.
• Build a close rapport with the most innovative companies in this new field through direct outreach and communication.
• Help develop solutions to the problems that our new industry faces.
• Research and build a comprehensive business development pipeline.
• Assist in meetings with potential new members, investors, event organizers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new programs and execute currency projects.
• Assist with research, with a focus on relevant, timely, and impactful issues for a global audience.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

• Must be a proactive, independent, creative, and solution-oriented individual.
• Must be an undergraduate or graduate student.
• Prior work or Interest in finance, digital assets, blockchain, commodity markets, or cryptocurrency is preferred.
• Must be available for a minimum of 4 months for this position (part-time, flexible hours).
• Must have prior research experience & possess analytical skills.
• Must be comfortable with outreach by email, phone, or in person.
