Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while developing valuable leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members

- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management

- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) transactions and ensure accuracy

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities

Experience:

- Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members

- Proficiency in math for inventory management and budgeting purposes

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred

- Familiarity with clerical duties and administrative tasks
