Available Shifts:

Awake overnight from 5:30am-8:30am Mondays to Sundays, 21 hours every week.

4pm-9pm Tuesdays and Thursdays and every other weekend

Responsibilities include: Providing care for consumers with disabilities and or traumatic brain injury in a group home setting, working on consumer goals, activities, community integration, assisting with ADL'S, administering medications, treatment documentation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, bathing/shower consumers, meal preparation, light housekeeping chores and personal care as needed.

Must have good written and verbal English skills, must be flexible, reliable and self motivated. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Must have current First Aid, CPR and Medication Administration certificates, reliable car and auto insurance to take consumers on appointments and activities, mileage reimbursed, be able to pass the 245D background study.
