Responsibilities:

* Procure parts for all collision center needs

* Create and maintain a working relationship with vendors

* Negotiate to maximize best discounts

* Arbitrate damages to parts we accept in an expeditious manner

* Return all parts not being used in repairs

* Track all returns until credit received

* Resolve all wrong part issues with technicians and notify advisors of delays

* Keep CCC updated with ETA's, following up routinely on missing parts

* Bill all parts in CCC1 and notate as needed for accounting billing

* Participate in daily production meetings

* Manage parts warehouse and warehouse associate
