Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits

Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of HVAC technicians during the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Coordinate and schedule installation projects to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the installation process.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members to ensure project success.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for installations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the installation process.
- HVAC Journeyman’s license.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent listening, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain confidential business and personnel information.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HVAC installation is a plus.
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
- Certification from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
- Experience with a variety of HVAC systems and manufacturers.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.
