Essential Job Functions
  • Develop routes for Technicians by creating dispatch tickets for all service calls and dispatching Technicians from home to their first call, maintaining contact throughout the day.
  • Handle incoming customer calls, meeting scheduling needs and maintaining the dispatch board/schedule.
  • Forecast workload for future tasks and manage the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, material staging, database information, customer files, and renewals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to manage schedule changes smoothly.
  • Make calls regarding invoices and respond to all overnight messages.
  • Complete service agreements for new customers and maintain customer history files in the database.
  • Update the service database from service tickets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Dispatch, strong Admin & computer skills.
  • Geographical knowledge of service area and/or map reading skills
  • Advanced communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be detail oriented, have great follow-up, and can multi-task
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
