Responsibilities:

Coordinate between customers and our department to schedule field crews, sold jobs, and deliveries.
Manage data entry for the remodel department, including material purchase orders, labor hour adjustments, sold job creation, and job splits.
Handle all material ordering and scheduling of material deliveries for service sold jobs.

Requirements:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Strong customer service skills (5 years preferred).
Effective listening, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Clear communication skills in person and over the phone.
Capability to manage a calendar and track multiple appointments.
Understanding of business metrics/KPIs and a desire to positively impact department productivity.

Pay: Starting from $20-$23/hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-person work location.
