Job Overview: We are seeking a Research Associate/Associate Scientist to join our clients' Oligonucleotide team, where you will play a pivotal role in the development of a cutting-edge drug delivery platform and clinical program pipeline by contributing to the synthesis, purification, and characterization of oligonucleotides, providing you with an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate quantification of oligonucleotides for in-vitro and in-vivo studies through UV-spectroscopy following established protocols.
• Assist in the preparation and standardization of RNA duplex solutions using a liquid handler in adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to the synthesis and deprotection of oligonucleotides, supporting the team in developing novel procedures and evaluating their effectiveness.

Primary Job Requirements:

• B.S. (1-5 years of experience) or M.S. (1-3 years of experience) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related disciplines along with practical experience in the synthesis and characterization of oligonucleotides or peptides
• Proficiency in utilizing UV measurement tools such as Nanodrop and plate readers for data collection and analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in operating liquid handling systems including Tecan, Integra, and Andrew for precise and efficient experimental procedures.
