We are constantly on a mission to add smart, innovative and fun-loving team members, and are looking for a Sourcing Assistant to come join our New York based headquarters. Our HQ Office is located in Lower Manhattan and the team is on-site 4 days per week.

Position Overview

The Sourcing Assistant will support product development from line creation to assortment adoption. This role will support the Supply Team by owning PO issuance & maintenance, and by assisting with pricing of PO's & invoice processing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders and track all prototype, salesman, and photoshoot samples
• Communicate with overseas partners to troubleshoot sample issues and status
• Monitor key deliverables to ensure calendar adherence
• Communicate risk to meeting calendar deliverables and milestones
• Prepare and analyze sample risk reports
• Attend weekly cross functional meetings
• Support Supply team in issuing bulk tech packs
• Upload all garment testing reports into Centric

Qualifications, Skills, & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Product/Design Merchandising, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a product development capacity at a fashion/retail company
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, PLM, and Centric systems a plus
• Understanding of the product development life cycle, calendar, and cross functional goals
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a growing and transforming environment with both speed and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task work to meet critical deadlines
• Ability to proactively identify issues, provide options & creative solutions, and work collaboratively to resolve issues
• Strong organizational and full up skills

• Ability to be on-site in our HQ Office in Lower Manhattan 4 days per week

Salary Range: $62,400 to $65,000 annually
