Position Summary : TheEntryLevel Event Assistant will support the Event Planning team inthe coordination and execution of various events.

This roleinvolves a variety of tasks including administrative duties vendorcoordination onsite event support and postevent followup.

The idealcandidate is highly organized enthusiastic and eager to learn aboutthe event planning industry.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Coordinate with vendors suppliersand venues to ensure timely delivery of services andproducts.
• Support the Event Planning team withadministrative tasks including answering phones scheduling meetingsand managing email correspondence.
• Participatein site visits and assist with event setup andbreakdown.
• Help manage event logistics such asregistration attendee checkin and seating arrangements.
• Conduct postevent evaluations to gather feedback andassist in the preparation of event reports.
• Maintain inventory of event supplies andmaterials.
• Perform other duties as assigned bythe Event Manager or Senior Event Planner.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention todetail.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask andwork under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint Outlook).
• Flexibility to workevenings weekends and holidays as needed.
