nd loan payments in GOLD. * Assist members and complete consumer loan applications in Gold. * Pull credit reports and NADA values through GOLD. * Run necessary errands such as DMV, Title Company, etc. * Accurately process consumer signature and auto loans in GOLD * Accurately process consumer boat, share secured and recreational toy loans in LaserPro * Prepare GAP documentation though CUNA * Prepare life and disability insurance documentation * Accurately follow loan closing checklists, send and/or print full document packages for consumer loans (signature, auto, boat, share secured, and recreational toys). * Demonstrate excellent communication skills with members, loan officers and other team members ensuring an excellent member experience. * Proficiently perform consumer loan closings and explain loan documents to members. * Accurately disburse new loans. * Successfully set up auto payments * Submit the correct and accurate forms for ACH payments and wire transfers. * Create loan coupons upon request. * Receive and submit insurance information collateral insurance monitoring company *Job Specifications* · Professional appearance. · Maintain a positive image within the community. · Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. · Excellent listening and customer service skills. · Education equivalent to a four-year high school education. · Possess a work ethic that includes self-motivation, positive attitude, neatness, punctuality and accuracy. · Strong math (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.) and computer skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs. · Well organized. · Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. · Others duties as assigned.
