1. International Business Development : The primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies for expanding our B2B services globally, targeting clients in the United States and other countries.

2. Client Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. You will be the face of our organization, responsible for presenting our cutting-edge translation solutions, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored language services.

3. Communication Skills : Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential. You will need to articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively, both in written proposals and during client meetings.

4. Lead Qualification : While we have a lead generation system in place, your role will involve qualifying these leads to ensure they align with our target audience and have genuine interest in our services.

5. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a robust sales strategy, leveraging your experience in B2B international business development.

This strategy should focus on market research, competitor analysis, and innovative approaches to securing new business.

6. CRM Management : Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a must. You will be responsible for maintaining and utilising our CRM system to track interactions with clients, monitor sales progress, and ensure efficient communication within the team.

7. Market Research : Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings. Use this information to refine our services and approach to business development.

3. Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the Media and Entertainment industry, especially in relation to language services, translation, and localization.

4. Language Skills : Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, but not mandatory.

5. CRM Proficiency : Strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Prior experience with popular CRM software is preferred.

6. Lead Qualification : Demonstrated ability to qualify leads effectively and identify high-potential prospects. This includes understanding client needs and aligning them with our services.

7. Global Business Acumen : An understanding of global business dynamics, cultural nuances, and the ability to adapt sales strategies for different international markets.

8. Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
