**Responsibilities:**
* Leader of growing sales staff, lead sales effort, training and development, KPI's metrics for team, managing, motivating the team.
* Work and collaborate with the team to grow our client's branded products and solutions.
* Create metrics for accountability and buy in from all members of the team.
* Create models for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and review of the sales teams efforts.
Reports to the President and Head of Business Development Bonus of up to 50% of salary Full Employee Benefits package PTO is 4 weeks Would prefer a sales leader outside of the insurance industry. Anyone with Pharma or medical sales would be a good candidate for this role as well. At least 7-10 years of experience
