Job Overview:

Top Flight Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations/Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional who can effectively manage and oversee various projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and teamwork. This role involves hands-on fieldwork and the ability to manage crews and vendor relationships proficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee a variety of projects, including landscaping, handyman services, and snow removal.

- Supervise and run crews.

- Coordinate supply deliveries and maintain vendor relationships.

- Act as a hands-on project manager, willing to assist as needed.

- Utilize business management software (Aspire).

Requirements:

- 2 Professional References

- 2 Personal References

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Clean felony record / Drug-free

- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in project management.

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

- Experience in landscape, handyman, and snow removal.

- History of coordinating supply deliveries and maintaining vendor relationships.

- Computer comprehension skills and the ability to learn new software.
