Our client, an electronic manufacturing solutions company is searching for Sales Account Representative
Title: Sales Account Representative

Type: Full Time Direct Hire
Salary: 70-80K base
Location: Schaumburg IL (Hybrid 2 days on site)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of experience as a sales account representative or inside sales representative
- Experience handling quotations
- Strong working knowledge of excel
- Experience in electronic manufacturing services or electronic parts sales
- Experience with ISO-9001 and TS-16949 is preferred
JOB DUTIES:
- Request quotations for customers and lead annual quotation updates
- Monitor customer forecast and weekly forecast and distribute it to Midwest Office members
- Arrange forecast for factories for safety stock of new models, EOP models, and for issuing PO’s
- Review customer forecasts to compare past deliveries, prior forecasts
- Reach price agreements with the customer when request a PO or Credit Memo
- Provide reports to Manager/Director on a daily, weekly, and bi-annual basis
- Communicate & respond to customer inquiries and follow ups
