Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Project Manager and Estimator to join our crew. The ideal candidate will be an eager learner with a passion for personal growth, management, and problem-solving. You will play a crucial role in managing projects from start to finish, estimating costs, and ensuring our clients receive top-of-the-line service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and project scopes based on client needs and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement innovative solutions to address challenges and improve project outcomes.
• Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Represent Top Line Electric Inc. professionally and positively in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Journeyman's License is required.
• Proven experience in project management and/or estimating in the electrical field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
