- Must be able to install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
- Must have valid FL Drivers License and must be insurable.
- Must be able to work from an extension or step ladder.
- Must be able to inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacement
- Looking for a seasoned technician with at least 3 years experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC, that's willing to get the job done with great customer service skills.
- Must be a great communicator and a team player.
- Must have great customer service skills and have a positive attitude.
- Willing to complete training and be coachable.
- Willing to invest in proper HVAC tools needed to complete the job.
- Willing to work late occasionally.
- Prior knowledge of leading a team would be a great plus.
