What You Will Do:

  • Advise business professionals: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and providing tailored vendor recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
  • Manage client relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, acting as the primary contact for vendor-related inquiries and support.
  • Engage proactively: Conduct outreach to qualified leads, engaging in meaningful conversations to assess needs and ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Facilitate vendor partnerships: Coordinate and oversee the handoff between clients and vendors, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous communication.
  • Monitor performance: Track and analyze client success metrics, providing insights to optimize vendor matches and enhance overall satisfaction.
