Top-Shelf Fixtures, LLC is a company that manufactures display fixtures, shelving, racks, etc. for grocery chains, convenience stores, etc. We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, support for AP and AR, and assist the Controller in various tasks.

Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger account reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the accounting team in various administrative tasks as needed

Skills
- Proficient in 10 key typing for accurate data entry
- Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation and analysis
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
