Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Source, target, and recruit highly qualified talent using techniques and tools including referrals, networking, cold calling, and data-sourcing tools

Conduct & complete detailed discovery calls with potential candidates

Present opportunities and requirements to candidates

Align candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and the best fit for the opening

Work proactively with passive and active job seekers to discover their next desired career move

Strategize with leadership & fellow recruiters to assist and launch all new client opportunities

Become an industry expert by learning daily and using your knowledge to develop networking teams.

Develop and mentor the team around you to reach our ultimate success

Effective planning, organization & prioritization between our Account Managers & our clients

Lead initiatives and support leadership by adapting to change and being an example

Establishing your self as the go-to person when your peers and clients need assistance.
