Job Description:
We are seeking a driven, results-focused Sales Professional to join our client in a highly sales-focused role that prioritizes prospecting and bringing in new business over account farming. This role demands a strong emphasis on identifying high-potential leads, closing deals, and expanding our client’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Aggressively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients within high-growth and high-value industries.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Act as a trusted advisor, engaging potential clients to understand their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions that drive long-term value.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by securing new accounts and actively upselling and cross-selling our client’s services.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong client connections, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained satisfaction with our client’s services.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to strategically position our client’s offerings in the marketplace.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or related field preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of sales success in B2B environments, especially in prospecting and closing new business
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, high-energy approach to sales
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is advantageous but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in the following CRM/tools would be nice: HubSpot, Turvo, and Tai
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
