Job Description:

• Collaborate with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences related to our company's product lines.
• Analyze and manage relationships with key stakeholders responsible for delivering improvements to products and packaging.
• Take a proactive approach to product strategy and direction, staying abreast of market trends, competitive opportunities, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with internal and external teams across various departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
• Monitor and manage product performance throughout the lifecycle of the products, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of project and product management experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project.
• Strong analytical skills and a background in finance are highly preferred.
