Responsibilities:
- Analyze survey plans, reports, and other data to inform project designs
- Maintain project timelines and milestones
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design creation
- Coordinate with state, local, and federal authorities for project permitting
- Perform additional duties as required
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- 4-6 years of professional experience in site design
- Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with site design, entitlements, and permitting processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with permitting procedures
- Background in residential, multi-family, or commercial site design
- Knowledge of green infrastructure and LID techniques
