Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Consumer Products Practice Group in their New York or Washington, DC office. Qualified applicants for this position will have a minimum of four years of experience and expertise in regulatory counseling and enforcement regarding the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Qualified applicants must have superb legal writing skills, academic credentials, and references.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
• Minimum of four years of experience and expertise in regulatory counseling and enforcement regarding the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
• Must have superb legal writing skills, academic credentials, and references.

The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000 commensurate with experience.
