Qualifications:
- Candidates should have experience with a broad range of employment issues including single-plaintiff employment litigation (e.g., workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination lawsuits) and class action/PAGA experience.
- Litigation experience should include drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions and arguing motions.
- Experience taking and defending depositions, and conducting administrative hearings is a plus.
- Other responsibilities will include drafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers.
- Candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess an excellent work ethic, excellent writing, communication, and research skills.
The client offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
The salary range is $140,000 - $190,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
