Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating outsourcing agreements, including exhibits and schedules
• Proficiency in handling various technology-focused commercial arrangements
• Familiarity with issues related to BPO, ITO, and cloud migration transactions
• Significant experience with licensing arrangements, SAAS contracts, software development agreements, website terms, privacy policies, and reseller arrangements
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions effectively
• Experience in data privacy matters is a plus
