Job Title: Community Manager
Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule: Full-time: Monday- Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description:

The Community Manager role at White Pond involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining a positive environment for residents, and addressing inquiries promptly. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience, preferably managing large properties, with exceptional customer service skills. Proficiency in property management software, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication are key qualifications for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the White Pond community.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all residents.
• Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Enforce community policies and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable living experience.
• Coordinate and oversee community events and activities to foster a sense of community and engagement.
• Manage leasing and occupancy, including conducting tours, processing applications, and lease renewals
• Ensure timely collection of rent and other fees, and handle delinquencies as necessary
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address maintenance requests and ensure timely completion
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to community operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager.
• HUD experience required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
• Proficiency with property management software, such as Onesite or Yardi, preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
