3PL Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

A fast-growing 3PL logistics fulfillment center is looking for a full charge Warehouse Manager Operations Manager who is ready to work hard with a ‘can-do’ attitude that will always find a way to overcome every obstacle. The individual will be the highest authority in this local facility and be responsible for everything including projects, new client setup, and all other operations. The individual should be comfortable working alone and build the team from the ground up.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Strategically manage fulfillment in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Full responsibility that everything gets done within company’s lead time in the most efficient manner
• Ensure efficient space utilization
• Reporting of employee performance
• Communicate with owner and customers
• Strong commitment to making everything happen even if it requires staying overtime
• Ability to travel as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in warehousing, logistics or 3PL required
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industry and business changes
• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
• Problem-solving skills
• The ability to delegate effectively
• Time management skills
• Leadership skills

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year DOE
