TopCraft, Inc. located in Barberton, OH is looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple construction projects project estimating all the way to building completion.

Job duties include:

· Estimate projects with the assistance of a Construction Coordinator

· Read blueprints and complete material takeoffs as applicable.

· Review subcontractor bids for completeness

· Establish and maintain a working relationship with the customer and/or owner.

· Create new opportunities through the customer and/or owner relationships.

· Develop and maintain a project schedule for the customer and/or owner.

· Issue purchase orders to subcontractors and for necessary materials

· Maintain project budget.

· Ensure timely completion of project.

· Constant communication with site superintendents to ensure successful project completion.

· Responsible for other project duties assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial construction

· Supervisory / leadership skills

· Company provided laptop and cell phone to manage work at any hour and any location.

· Proficient in blueprint reading.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Strong communication skills

· Must be very detail oriented.
