Junior Graphic Designer & Financial Presentation Specialist

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Corporate Communications & Branding team as a Junior Graphic Designer & Financial Presentation Specialist. You'll play a vital role in crafting engaging marketing materials and digital assets that elevate our brand and drive business success.

In this role, you'll be a

• Brand Champion: You'll ensure consistent brand identity and application across all marketing collateral and events, upholding our visual standards with pride.
• Presentation Pro: Working with various departments, you'll assist in developing and maintaining presentations in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Your expertise will guide design and brand choices, transforming data and text into presentations that inform and inspire.
• Data Design Master: You'll create clear and visually appealing charts, tables, and structure charts that effectively communicate financial information.
• Eventful Designer: Partnering with the Events team, you'll design custom materials for both in-person and virtual events, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
• Digital Design Dynamo: You'll design Pardot emails and other digital marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and optimizing visuals for various devices.
• Graphics Guru: You'll support the Graphics department by maintaining brand templates, managing the digital graphics library, and contributing to quality assurance checks for deliverables.
• Workflow Wizard: To streamline efficiency, you'll develop training materials and manage the graphics queue to handle high project volumes.
• Innovation Incubator: With a keen eye on industry trends, you'll stay ahead of the curve by researching new technologies like video and interactive design to enhance our digital assets.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• 3-4 years of design experience or a similar role.
• Experience working in a financial firm or corporation is a plus, with global investment management experience being ideal.
• Mastery of design principles and practices.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced PowerPoint skills in design, formatting, and charting.
• Bonus points for experience with Adobe InCopy, Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Pardot or similar marketing automation tools, and HTML/CSS.
