We are looking for someone who is eager to learn the ins and outs of our facility and processes. The right candidate will be responsible for maintenance of building, creating new solutions to issues, and working closely with other technicians to keep our systems running smoothly. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a commitment to excellence and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain equipment.
• Keep equipment and machinery in good working order.
• Diagnose equipment problems.
• Use tools to repair machinery and equipment.
• Work with others to complete tasks.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Work hours 30-40 hours per week, as required. Weekends on-call on a rotating basis and for emergencies

Requirements:

• Proven maintance experience dealing with electricity, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Skilled in use of hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
• Familiar with use of computer to maintain inventory, and track work orders.
• Valid Driver's license with clean driving record
• Verifiable work references

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
