Position: Business Development Specialist - LONG ISLAND

Location: LONG ISLAND, NY

THE POSITION

Business Development Specialists maintain and develop business in the direct sale of skin care products to physicians and skin care professionals. Our extensive sales training program promotes a consultative, education-based sales approach. The Business Development Specialists act as a resource to their accounts, offer education and provide business building consultation.

Our Business Development Specialists are resourceful, independent and self-disciplined with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships. If you are motivated by excellent earning potential, place considerable value on customer service and take pride in selling high quality products, then we want to hear from you! Our Business Development Specialists are also responsible for selling our Clarity RX sister-brand that offers our Doctors the option of having a natural skincare line.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

-Identify new business opportunities and markets.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in business development, preferably in medical skincare, injectable or device

-Strong communication and negotiation skills.

EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the dermatology, plastic surgery or medical spa market.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel overnight
