- Oversee installation projects, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
- Training, conducting performance appraisals, and analyzing data for department budget preparation.
- Set goals and objectives, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with clients to identify their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to optimize installation processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Each day you will manage a team of 16 or more install leads and their helpers, requiring ongoing training, monitoring of data, coaching to achieve better results, and assisting as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of conflict resolution strategies, a functioning understanding of relevant regulations and codes, and strong communication skills.
- EPA certification
- Valid DL
- Ability to train full HVAC installations
- M-F with flexibility; including some Saturdays
