The Role:The Vendor Sales Executive is a key driver of revenue within the Paymode-X Vendor Enrollment organization via acquisition of new vendor logos and expansion of existing relationships. In this role you will work to develop strong relationships with our largest current and prospective Vendor customers to expertly present solutions that drive sustainable business value for your customer and revenue for Paymode-X. In this role you will be responsible for selling to large national vendors representing the top 10-15% of our market value. Members of this team carry the 2nd largest individual quotas within the Vendor Sales Org. How You'll Contribute:
Ability to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Generate revenue by soliciting participation and enrolling vendors in client payment programs. The sales process involves presenting product information in a concise and understandable manner for an audience that includes individuals with a high level of financial services expertise.
Expertly position Paymode-X functionality via a consultative approach that highlights tangible business value to you customer
Technical ability to successfully execute virtual meetings with audiences of varying size
Ability to maintain command of your message and achieve objectives in group settings both externally with customers and with internal stakeholders
Effectively educate customers on the various aspects of the Paymode-X service
Understand the challenges faced by a modern receivable team and leverage this expertise to successfully identify and sole pain points
Explain the technical aspects of the remittance delivery functionality including ACH and EDI services
Unwavering focus on driving enrollment and long term client commitment to the Paymode-X Network
Develop new ideas or campaign strategies that deliver value and drive improved results
Ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all activities
Develop strong relationships with other teams to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and process
Have the ability to function in a team atmosphere, thrive on aggressive goals, and possesses superior organization and time management skills
Maintain a laser focus on improving oneself and finding innovative ways to continually increase individual performance
If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you
Minimum 4 years of proven success in an outbound sales role
Industry experience in Payments/ Receivables
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to follow documented procedures
Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work and self-motivation
Strong desire to win. Assertive.
Experience using Salesforce.com and sales enablement tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
