Our Dairy & Frozen departments round out our customers' shopping experience by providing a wide variety of choices of refrigerated dairy and frozen items. Whether it's milk, eggs, yogurt, juices....or frozen entrees, vegetables, or ice cream, Dairy/Frozen is the place to find it. Dairy/Frozen Managers are responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the department. This includes:

• Providing attentive and friendly customer service
• Fulfilling or overseeing weekly product orders
• Maintaining proper shelf/display conditions through cleaning, straightening, and rotating products
• Achieving financial goals such as sales, gross profit maximization, as well as minimization of shrink and supply expense
• Ensuring that the coolers, freezers and cases are at proper temperature and in working condition
• Completing all necessary paperwork relating to the department
• Selecting, training, developing and scheduling of Dairy/Frozen associates

Successful Dairy/Frozen Manager candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous department related experience
• Ability to maintain a friendly and courteous manner and promote sales through excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
• Basic computer skills
