Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from identifying recruiting needs to filling job vacancies. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process to secure the best talent for our organization. This position requires a proactive individual with a strategic mindset, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization that is navigating from the full-remote world to a hybrid model with both US and International team members .
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Attend job fairs and other industry-related events for recruiting and company recognition.Develop college recruiting programs and participate in employment events, such as career fairs. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial interviews to offer stage, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants. Assist with the job offer process and negotiate salary packages on behalf of the company.
  • Facilitate pre-employment checks and coordinate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and non-hired candidates, and other candidate relationships.
  • Provide recruitment reports to team managers and executives.
  • Stay current with the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.A. or B.S. in relevant field, Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the complete recruiting lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and develop relationships.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS - we use Rippling) and candidate databases.
  • Experience with using Linkedin etc for hunting and recruiting.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
