Responsibilities & Requirements
- Demonstrate a friendly personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for cruise guests.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Assist with special events as needed.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer guests to management when necessary.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Must possess a service orientation - actively looking for ways to help others.
- Willingness to work for extended periods of time without sitting.
- Required to lift heavy items such as liquor boxes and ice bins up and down stairs.
- Responsible for bar till; proper cash handling is required.
- Will be required to be available for work on weekends and all major holidays.
- Team player.
- Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.
- Relevant training certificate
Pay: $18/hr tips
