Torch Technologies is Hiring a Quality & Mission Assurance Specialist Near Crystal, VA
Duties will include:
- Develop and communicate action plans to support organizational goals and overcome challenges.
- Maintain clear and complete knowledge of JCO business processes and procedures and enforce quality standards with both internal and external organizations.
- Provide process control services including staff action guidance, administrative expertise, program management and analytical functions essential to the management and operation of the JCO staff.
- Produce final formatted products that are clear, concise, complete and accurate to include but not limited to e-mail correspondence; fact sheets; memorandums; after action reports; executive summaries; military briefs; oral presentations, and policies.
- Assign and review work; assure production and accuracy requirements are met.
- Prepare briefings and represent the JCO at meetings, forums or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the C-sUAS community of interest.
- Execute staff actions to support JCO efforts.
- Answer requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholders to include Congress, OSD and other key organizations.
- Top Secret/SCI level security clearance is required
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- 5-10 years of related work experience
- Must have a basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission
- Senior Military Staff experience preferred
