TORP Group is Hiring a Property Manager Class A Office - Class A High-Amenity Offices Near Menlo, CA
Job DescriptionLooking for an opportunity to work closer to home and lessen your commute? Looking to work for Class A Office withing an exciting redevelopment phase? THIS is the job for you!! This position will oversee approximately 40 tenants within 200,000 square feet of space, in a campus style center. Space has recently been redeveloped to offer multiple amenities, event space, outdoor activities spaces, outdoor eating/vendor spaces and much more. Company covers 80-85% health care coverage for the employee, great coverage for dependents, 401K, generous bonus, and much more! Several opportunities are available to be involved in the community and participate in team building events and company functions. Company specializes in managing all types of commercial properties. Position will have a Property Administrator to provide support, and work with an engineering partner. What will I be doing?
Acting as a liaison between Ownership and Tenants
Interfacing with current and prospective tenants
Troubleshooting any property issues or concerns
Dispatching maintenance staff for work orders
Managing tenant improvements and CapX projects
Developing and managing budget
Analyzing budget and explaining variances
Preparing CAM's
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable for the properties
