A Day In The LifeThe Associate of Supply Chain Data Governance & Project Support is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the management of critical data and activities within the supply chain function. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of supply chain data while also improving supply chain processes. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various data governance partners and creating transparency and progress. Our Supply Chain team has started the data governance journey and we're looking for an individual that can continue the momentum, own the program management of the work and drive cross-category adoption. The ability to work with leadership, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and coordinate tech initiatives will be paramount to success in the role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, process improvement, and project success. Possibility for travel when working on global initiatives
To Land This Role

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain, planning or data analysis, preferably in the fashion industry
• Candidates should have a strong background in the fashion industry or related fields, demonstrating an understanding of product development and production in the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the fashion business
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite. Air Table a plus
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a supply chain or logistics setting
• Strong expertise in master data management, data analysis, and data quality
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, best practices, and emerging trends a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP), PLM Systems, data & process visualization tools (Air Table), and data governance frameworks a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all related parties. Good communication, problem-solving & analysis skills.

Compensation RangeThe compensation range for this position is 60,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
